November Thank You and Update

As we approach Thanksgiving, we want to take time to express our deep gratitude to Fusion’s many friends – our valued customers, Channel Partners, vendors, and colleagues. Thank you for your loyalty and support through the years, and for your confidence and trust in us as we prepare to emerge from our Chapter 11 process.

As we’ve said from the start, we voluntarily entered this process to build a stronger, more secure path forward for Fusion and all of our customers, partners, and vendors. We’re thankful that through this process, we’ve been able to do just that.

Today, we’re excited to share that we remain on track to emerge from our financial restructuring in a timely fashion as a stronger company with significantly reduced debt. As outlined in our Plan, which is scheduled to be heard before the Court in December, Fusion will be owned by our lenders upon emergence. We cannot overstate the positive value of their partnership and our completion of this process. Both will put us on a clear and concrete path forward and position us well to invest in our future.

Our greatest pride is that Fusion has continued to operate as usual to provide our valued customers with our full complement of advanced, Single Source communications and managed network services, including UCaaS, SD-WAN and Security solutions. Customers can count on the same exceptional experience and commitment to service excellence, and moving forward, we expect to be even better positioned to serve as our customers’ long-term business partner.
