How Admins Reset a User's Voice Manager Password

The User’s Voice Manager Password is reset on the User Profile page.

 

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal
  2. Select Voice under Services
  3. Select Manage Now (Voice Asset Management)
  4. Click Users in the left navigation or click See users in the main section
  5. Select the name of the User whose PIN you wish to change
  6. From the User profile, click Change Voice Manager Password
  7. Enter a new Password
  8. Click Save
