How do I set up Voicemail Transcription?
Voicemail Transcription allows you to read your voicemail in text, rather than listen to it. Voicemail Transcription is enabled using the Voice Manager.
- Log into the Voice Manager.
- Go to Settings.
- Go to Messages Settings.
- Turn Messaging On.
- Turn Transcription On.
- Once Transcription is turned on, your voicemails will be transcribed as text. To access your messages, select Messages in the Voice Manager.
