How to Create a Common Phone List
The Common Phone List is a list of site-level contacts.
To get started:
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Select Voice under Services
- Click Manage Now (Voice Administration)
- In the Group dropdown, select the Site (ste_) that you wish to modify
- Click the Directory tab
- The Common Phone List tab is open
- Add contacts one-by-one by clicking Add, or you can upload a .CSV file
- Click Save
