Fusion Connect Voice helps companies collaborate and communicate among their employees. Get started quickly with instructor-led training, or use detailed Guides to learn about your service, phone, and voice functions. Install the Voice Toolbar to increase efficiency.

Please contact your Fusion Connect Voice Project Manager or complete a Training Request Form to schedule live, online Voice training with a Fusion Connect instructor. Topics covered include how to get started with your service, using different phone models, managing your users, and completing every-day tasks related to managing your voice service for your company. Logins

Voice Manager Mobility Tool
On-the-go users can manage inbound and outbound calls, location numbers, messaging, call logs, and audio conferencing through this tool that works on smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Log in using your Fusion Connect phone number and the passcode provided by your Administrator.

Fusion Connect Client Portal
Administrators use the Client Portal to manage simple user tasks: reset a user's Voice Manager password and voicemail PIN, swap phones between users, enable and disable features. Download standard and audio conference call records. For credentials, contact the person on the User Details sheet (distributed during on-boarding).

Advanced Service Changes

To order new lines of services or additional Growth Reserve Numbers, please log in to the Client Portal.
