Elevate Partner Program
Terms and Conditions
Fusion Connect Elevate Partner Program
Overall Program Description:
The Fusion Connect Elevate Channel Partner Program consists of three tiers: Pioneer, Trailblazer and Elite. Partner placement in a tier is based on a combination of Net New Invoiced Monthly Recurring Revenue (Net MRR as defined in the applicable Partner agreement) and opportunity submission. The qualification requirements and associated tier benefits are detailed and listed in the chart below.
A Partner in good standing with less than $10,000 in new logo/customer monthly recurring revenue (“Net MRR”) will automatically qualify as a Pioneer Partner. Partners will level up to higher tiers as their activity with Fusion Connect increases.
To qualify as a Trailblazer Partner, a Partner must generate between $10,000 and $24,999 in new logo/customer Net MRR (renewals, moves, adds, and changes to existing customer accounts do not qualify) AND produce a minimum of ten (10) Opportunities in a given calendar year (the “Trailblazer Partner Threshold”).
To qualify as an Elite Partner, a Partner must generate at least $25,000 in new logo/customer Net MRR (renewals, moves, adds, and changes to existing customer accounts do not qualify) AND produce a minimum of twenty (20) Opportunities in a given calendar year (the “Elite Partner Threshold”).
Partners must requalify as an Elite Partner or Trailblazer Partner each year by meeting the appropriate Elite or Trailblazer Partner Threshold.
Tier eligibility will be reviewed at the end of each fiscal month. Once a Partner hits the minimum requirements for a given tier, they will become eligible for benefits associated with that tier. Partners who are newly qualified in 2025 will remain qualified for 2026 and will then need to requalify each successive year.
Partners who were at the Fusion Connect Partner Advisory Council in 2024 were automatically qualified for the Elite level for 2025 and must requalify with 2025 activity to retain status in 2026 and so on in each successive year.
Program benefit descriptions and associated terms and conditions are set forth below. Fusion Connect reserves the right to modify or terminate this program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.

Free or Discounted Teams Calling
Fusion Connect is offering Partners free Microsoft Teams Calling Services (“Teams Calling Services”) at their corporate headquarters for each year they reach Elite Partner status. Partners at Trailblazer status will be eligible for a 50% discount on the same services. Promotion does not include Microsoft licensing. Requests to participate in this program should be delivered through the assigned Channel Manager.
Terms & Conditions
Pre-Qualified Partners: Partners that attended the PAC and were pre-qualified as Elite Partners will be eligible to receive the promotional Teams Calling Services for all of 2025. They must meet the Elite Partner Threshold each year to maintain Elite Partner status and continue receiving the promotional Teams Calling Services into the following year.
New Elite Partner Qualification: Elite Partners that did not pre-qualify will be immediately eligible to receive promotional Teams Calling Services once they obtain Elite Partner status. This status will last until the end of the following calendar year (e.g., if a Partner obtains Elite status in 2025, their status will continue until the end of 2026 without requalification).
New Trailblazer Partner Qualification: Partners who reach Trailblazer status in any given year will be immediately eligible to receive promotional Teams Calling Services at a 50% discount. The status will last until the end of the following calendar year (e.g., if a Partner obtains Trailblazer status in 2025, their status will continue until the end of 2026 without requalification).
Contract Requirements: Partners must sign a 3-year contract for the Teams Calling Services. The promotion covers the monthly recurring charge (“MRC”) for the Teams Calling Services only; phones and Microsoft CSP licenses are not included. Partners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Services. The promotion will be reflected as a credit to the MRC on the Partner’s invoices.
Loss of Eligibility: If a Partner fails to meet the Elite or Trailblazer Partner Threshold in any given year, they will be invoiced for the Services at the rates set forth on the applicable Service Order (the “Standard Pricing”) from January 1 of the following year. However, if an Elite Partner qualifies as a Trailblazer Partner, they will receive a 50% discount on the Teams Calling Services instead of paying the full price. Trialblazer partners who lose status, will lose all discounts and be invoiced for the Services at the rates set forth on the applicable Service Order (the “Standard Pricing”) from January 1 of the following year.
Limitations: The maximum number of seats for the promotional Teams Calling Services is 100. The promotion includes MRC for Teams Calling Services only (e.g., charges for hardware, Concurrent Calling Services, User First, etc., are excluded). Free and/or discounted services do not qualify for commissions.
Program Changes: Fusion Connect reserves the right to discontinue the Elevate Partner Program at any time. If the program is discontinued while a Partner is still under contract for Free or Discounted Teams Calling, the Partner will have the ability to terminate the applicable Service Order without penalty, including Early Termination Fees.
Benefits Available to Elite Partners
Executive Sponsorship
At the Elite level, an executive sponsor will be assigned to the partnership. The executive sponsor will serve as the Partner's main point of contact from Fusion Connect's Executive Leadership Team (ELT). While the Partner should continue to follow standard escalation paths through our channel and sales leadership teams, they will also have direct access to the executive sponsor. While the Partner maintains Elite status, the executive sponsor will take part in quarterly executive business reviews (EBR) alongside the assigned channel manager and sales leader. Fusion Connect will ensure the EBRs are productive for both parties and used to foster mutual success. The purpose of the EBR is to set and review strategic initiatives and performance and to discuss both successes and challenges. Fusion Connect is focused on creating a positive Partner experience. As such, the executive sponsor will ask about things that are going well so those strengths can be leveraged, as well as areas for improvement so Fusion Connect can enhance the Partner's experience as an Elite Partner. The executive sponsor will deliver real-time feedback to the ELT with ways to improve both the Partner program and Fusion Connect Services. There is an expectation that the Partner principal owner/leader attend the EBRs.

Effective with 2025 new bookings, Fusion Connect is offering an additional 2% residual commission on new logo/customer sales with a three (3) year contract term (renewals, moves, adds, and changes and sales of existing customer accounts do not qualify) made by Elite Partners (“Additional 2% Commission”). If the Partner loses Elite Status at any time, the Additional 2% commission will be removed.
Dedicated BDR Campaigns
- Elite Partners are eligible to take advantage of custom calling campaigns through the Fusion Connect marketing team. The goal of this project is to create mutual opportunities within the Partners' current install base. How it works:
- Partner provides a list of customers to target with specific offers.
- Fusion Connect BDRs call into the Partner’s list and sets meetings with the Partner and the Fusion Connect Channel Manager.
- Partner gets the opportunity and quotes Fusion Connect.
- *Note: The list must be current customers of the Partner. No prospect lists will be eligible for this campaign.
- To get started, Partners should reach out to their dedicated Fusion Connect channel manager who will engage marketing and the Elevate Partner Program lead.
Priority Support
- Elite Partners will receive priority access to our Tier 2 post-install support team through a unique PIN, connecting them directly with our most experienced support experts. The Elite PIN is for Partner use only, not to be shared with customers. To protect the integrity of this service, any misuse may result in deactivation at Fusion Connect's discretion. Contact your priority support team at 866.791.7657, with your dedicated PIN.
- Whenever possible, Elite Partners will be assigned project management resources who are familiar with their business operations and Elite Partner status will be clearly noted in our CRM to ensure their team always gets the attention it deserves.
- Please note: CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) regulations still apply. All Partners using the Elite PIN must be listed as an authorized contact on a customer’s account to request or manage any customer-related information.
