Q3 2024 Channel Partner SPIFF

    Terms and Conditions

    Under this program, existing channel partners who are directly contracted in good standing with Fusion Connect are eligible to participate. Excludes Referral Partners. Partner SPIFF payout is capped at $100K per customer account.

    POTS and Access SPIFFs are valid at 2X for 3 year contract term. Microsoft Teams Calling, UCaaS, SIP, SD-WAN, POTS Replacement, and CCaaS Professional SPIFFs are valid at 4X for a 3 year contract term. Microsoft Teams Calling with CSP SPIFFs are valid at 5X for a 3 year contract term. The 5X SPIFF only applies to the Microsoft Teams Calling. SPIFFs are calculated monthly based on product family classification and are paid on total installations. SPIFFs will be distributed via the standard commission payout process. If customer cancels at any time before installation, SPIFF will be voided. Or, if SPIFF has already been paid and customer terminates or has been terminated due to non-payment prior to the end of the 36 month agreement, Fusion Connect reserves the right to deduct the amount of the SPIFF from future commission payments. Only sales of new services/seats qualify for the SPIFF. Downgrades or moves of existing services/seats do not qualify. Business Voice Lines, i.e. Cable POTS, do not qualify for SPIFFs. Service selling price must be at or above the list/publicly advertised price to be eligible for the SPIFF unless otherwise noted. The person or company that receives the SPIFF is responsible for all the taxes and liability associated with the Fusion Connect SPIFF Program. Fusion Connect assumes no responsibility for taxes and liability. This offer is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Program valid July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Fusion Connect reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. No exceptions to this program will be allowed. SPIFFs cannot be combined with other SPIFFs, Fusion Connect offers or promotions. This offer is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Fusion Connect has the right to deny all claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in this document. Additionally, Fusion Connect has the right not to accept any referrals. Fusion Connect reserves the right to adjust payouts based on any special pricing requests that deviate from standard and promotional pricing.
