Promotional Credits. Fusion Connect agrees to credit Customer’s account for three (3) months of Monthly Recurring Charges (“MRC”) for Managed SD-WAN Services, FusionWorks with Webex, and/or Calling Services for Microsoft set forth on this Service Order (each a "Credit", and collectively, the “Credits”). The Credits will be applied to Customer’s account one (1) Credit per month in months 13, 25, and 36 of the Service Term. The Credits shall not include any network access charges, usage fees (unless part of Customer's inclusive plan), phone rental charges, taxes, fees, or other surcharges. Credits will be calculated based on the MRC as of the Effective Date of this Service Order and Service upgrades during the Service Term will not increase the amount of the Credits. If Customer downgrades Service during the Service Term, Credits not yet applied to Customer’s account will be prorated proportionally. If Customer terminates the Services prior to the expiration of the Service Term, Customer will pay the Early Termination Fees for the Services as set forth in the Agreement, plus the amount of any Credits applied to Customer's account up until the date of termination. To qualify for Credits, orders for new Services must have a minimum three (3) year Service Term and be accepted by Fusion Connect before December 31, 2021. Orders for discounted Services or Services where Customer is changing Service types, renewing or moving Service shall not be eligible for Credits. Fusion Connect reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time for orders not yet accepted. All services are subject to Fusion Connect’s Basic Terms and Conditions, and Service Addendums.
