Terms and Conditions

Under this program, existing channel partners who are directly contracted in good standing with Fusion Connect are eligible to participate. Partner SPIFF payout is capped at $100K per customer account.

Partner SPIFF Program Overview

Fusion Connect is pleased to introduce its limited-time Partner SPIFF Program, designed to recognize and reward the performance of our valued channel partners. This program offers enhanced compensation for qualifying sales activities across a range of strategic product offerings. Partners are encouraged to review the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure eligibility and to maximize the benefits available during the program period.

1. Program Eligibility and Scope

  • Open to existing channel partners who are directly contracted and in good standing with Fusion Connect.
  • Referral Partners are not eligible to participate.
  • Fusion Connect reserves the right to decline any referral submissions at its sole discretion

 2. Program Duration

  • Program Effective Dates: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
  • Fusion Connect reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
  • No exceptions will be granted.
  • This offer is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

 3. SPIFF Structure and Incentives

 3.1 Standard SPIFF Multipliers (36-Month Terms)

  • 2X – Access and POTS (new logo and renewals)
  • 4X – Operator Connect, UCaaS, SIP, SD-WAN, POTS Replacement, and CCaaS Enterprise (new logo and renewals)

 3.2 Elite Partner Bonus

  • Elite Partners are eligible to receive an additional 1X multiplier on all qualifying SPIFFs listed above

3.3 Eligibility of New and Incremental Services

  • SPIFFs will be paid on all new services, including incremental additional services added to existing customer accounts, excluding any promotional multipliers that are limited to new logo sales.
  • All such services must meet the standard program requirements, including qualifying product types, contract terms, and pricing thresholds.

4. UCaaS Product Definition

For the purposes of this program, UCaaS includes the following:

  • Hosted Voice with WebEx:
    • Hosted Voice Employee National with Webex Basic (M)
    • Hosted Voice Employee National with Webex Standard (M)
    • Hosted Voice Employee National with Webex Premium (M)
  • Microsoft Teams Solutions (including international) sales:
    • Call Path Per Allocated Number (OC/DR) (US)
    • Concurrent Calling (OC)

 5. Payment Terms and Conditions

  • SPIFFs are one-time payments based on product family classification and are paid on total installations.
  • Payments will be issued through Fusion Connect’s standard commission payout process.
  • If a customer cancels prior to installation, the SPIFF will be voided.
  • If a customer terminates or is terminated due to non-payment before the end of the 36-month agreement, Fusion Connect reserves the right to recover the SPIFF through chargebacks or deductions from future commission payments.

 6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • SPIFFs will not be paid on:
    • Downgrades
    • Moves of existing services or seats
    • Equipment rental or purchase
    • Discounted services, unless otherwise specified
  • SPIFFs may not be combined with other SPIFFs, Fusion Connect offers, or promotional programs.
  • Fusion Connect reserves the right to reduce or eliminate SPIFF payouts for deals involving special pricing that deviates from standard or promotional pricing.

 7. Tax Responsibility

The individual or entity receiving the SPIFF is solely responsible for any and all taxes and liabilities associated with participation in the Fusion Connect SPIFF Program. Fusion Connect assumes no responsibility for such obligations.
