Learn how to use the basic features of your Fusion Connect phones. From simple operations such as Transferring and Conferencing, to more advanced operations such as Call Park/Retrieve and Call Forwarding. Users will learn how to access their voicemail to record a custom greeting and to check messages. Also covered are commonly used Star Codes and how to record the Auto Attendant Greeting, if applicable.
