A Resilient & Secure Network

Fusion Connect agrees to discount the Monthly Recurring Charges (“MRC”) for selected bundles (collectively the “Bundle Discounts”). The bundles covered by this discount are the “Optimized Bundle”, the “Resilient Bundle” and the “Secure Bundle”. The Optimized Bundle requires that Customer subscribe to a qualified internet plan with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and SD-WAN Pro. The Resilient Bundle requires that Customer subscribe to a qualified internet plan with a minimum of 100 Mbps download, SD-WAN Pro, and 4G LTE Backup (including equipment). The Secure Bundle requires that Customer subscribe to a qualified internet plan with a minimum of 100 Mbps download, SD-WAN Pro, 4G LTE Backup (including equipment), and Advanced Security. All bundles include free, required Professional Installation (as defined in the Fusion Fees and Surcharges Guide). To qualify for Bundle Discounts, orders for new Services must have a minimum three (3) year Service Term and be accepted by Fusion Connect between September 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022. If Customer terminates or changes any component of the Services prior to the expiration of the Service Term, Customer will pay the Early Termination Fees for the Services as set forth in the Agreement. In addition, the amount of any Discounts applied to Customer’s account for the remaining services previously included in a bundle will be removed. Bundle Discounts may not be combined with certain other offers (please ask your Fusion Connect Sales Representative for details). Fusion Connect reserves the right to modify or discontinue these promotional bundles at any time for orders not yet accepted.
